Sometimes when I listen to certain songs, I imagine they could be describing epilepsy. Inspired by that idea, I created a short video highlighting the four most common types of seizures, pairing each one with a song that reflects its symptoms.

Living with epilepsy means facing uncertainty. It’s not just seizures, it’s the fear of when the next one might strike. Many put on a brave face, but true healing comes from acknowledging fear, accepting anxiety, and giving it a voice. By addressing both the emotional and physical impact of seizures, we move from merely coping to managing epilepsy with strength, resilience, and peace of mind.

For a healthy brain and body, a clean, chemical-free environment is essential. Our world is becoming increasingly toxic, but the good news is that safer alternatives are available…we just need to make mindful choices every day.
